(WORLDNETDAILY) — Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.

(ABC NEWS) — Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee may not have announced their campaign for president yet, but more than 70 other Americans have, including a self-proclaimed vampire and a woman who says she has no interest in living in the White House.

The candidates so far include New Jersey resident Jonathon “The Impaler” Sharkey who registered last year with the Federal Election Commission and told ABC News that he would be tough on crime. Very tough.

“Certain criminals, instead of being put in jail, they should be brutally tortured and impaled,” said Sharkey.

BOSTON (THE BOSTON CHANNEL) — Telecommunications company Comcast said massive numbers of automatically dialed political telephone calls that caused service problems in New England have dropped off sharply.

(TELEGRAPH) — /SNIP/ Bill, hoarse-voiced but with a glint in his eye, explained that this was his 80th event. He made crystal clear just who he was representing on the campaign trail – and it wasnt Obama. “I planned to do about one stop for everybody that helped Hillary run for president because shes one of only two members of the presidents cabinet who cannot participate in politics,” he said.

As Secretary of State, he reminded people, [Hillary] is not permitted to campaign. “Then I got out here and started stirring around and realised that a lot of people were mad and even more confused and I didnt want it on my conscience so I just loaded up and started strolling around.”

(TELEGRAPH) — /SNIP/ The NYT piece on Biden, whose feelings have obviously been bruised by all the chatter about Hillary Clinton replacing him on the 2012 ticket, was slyly hilarious. Check this out from Walter Mondale, lauding Biden :

“He’s the one everybody wants — every candidate out there, when you ask them, ‘What can I do for you?’ they say, ‘Can you get Joe Biden?’ ” said former Vice President Walter Mondale, who appeared recently with Mr. Biden at a rally for Mark Dayton, the Democratic candidate for governor in Minnesota. “He seems to understand working people, he’s got the ethnic background, he puts a lot of emphasis on his faith and his family, and people are comfortable with him.”

(BAKERSFIELD.COM) — Close to10,000 people crowded into the Bakersfield Business Conferences main tent to see former Vice President Dick Cheney be “interviewed” by Lynne Cheney, his wife of 46 years.

Collecting that many people all under one tent roof is a sight to see, and Mrs. Cheney commented on what a great crowd the conference had brought together.
